This Privacy Policy explains how eMarketingAI ("we", "us", "the Service"), available at https://emarketingai.pl, collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use our marketing automation platform. By creating an account or connecting a third-party service, you agree to the practices described here.
eMarketingAI is an AI-assisted marketing platform that helps users plan, create, schedule and analyse marketing content across connected channels (social networks, search, email). For any privacy-related question you can contact us at perevertkinma@gmail.com.

Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner; if you decline, or before you choose, no analytics cookie is stored and only anonymous, aggregated signals are sent. Signed-in areas of the application are not measured at all. |

When you connect an Instagram or Facebook account, we use Meta's official APIs (Instagram API with Instagram Login, Facebook Graph API). With your authorization we may:

We never post without your explicit action, and we do not sell or share this data with third
parties for advertising. You can revoke access at any time from your eMarketingAI integration
settings or directly in your Instagram/Facebook account settings.
When you connect a TikTok account, we use TikTok's official APIs (Login Kit, Content Posting API, Display API). With your authorization we may:

video.list, video.publish, video.upload).
Because TikTok reports lifetime totals only, we store a dated snapshot of these counters once
a day so that growth over a period can be shown; this data is visible only to your own
organization. We never post without your explicit action or a schedule you configured, and we
do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising. You can revoke access at
any time from your eMarketingAI integration settings or in your TikTok account settings, and
deleting the connection removes the stored snapshots.
We share data with the following providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Service:
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Connected-account tokens are kept until you disconnect the account or delete your account. When you delete your account, or submit a data deletion request, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA under the GDPR) you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact perevertkinma@gmail.com or follow our data deletion instructions.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest for sensitive credentials (AES-256), access controls and the principle of least privilege. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
